As promised, 2026 is turning out to be a really exciting year for Yoga Alliance. Our strategic plan sets the tone for evolution and growth, and today, we are delighted to introduce four new members to our Board of Directors.
Each has been chosen for their unique expertise and leadership—both in the yoga community and beyond. We know that their perspectives will guide us in advancing our mission: to advocate for yoga, in its wholeness, and for all human beings in theirs.

Ana Dutra

Ana has extensive experience as an C-level executive, leader, and strategic advisor across sectors. She is also a yoga practitioner and instructor with certifications in functional anatomy, mindfulness, meditation, yin, and restorative yoga.

Stacey J. Haley, Ed.D.

As an education leader, wellness expert, and certified yoga and mindfulness instructor, Stacey empowers thousands of school teachers, children, and their communities by helping them find connection and healing through yoga.

Dr. Tracie Keesee
RYT 200
Tracie is expert at helping others find relief from stress, trauma and grief through yoga.She has more than 30 years’ experience as a yoga teacher and is the founder of Respect The Om, a yoga and mindfulness program for women in uniform.

Mark Rutledge
RYT 200
Mark is dedicated to championing the growth of individuals and communities through his work as a technology strategist and advisor, working at the intersection of innovation storytelling and human-centered design. As a yoga teacher, his dedication to care and learning guides everything he does.

Welcoming Ana, Stacey, Tracie, and Mark reinforces our commitment to intentional governance, and to growth that meets this moment. We know that together, we will work toward our vision: a better, bolder, more compassionate world grounded in yoga.
We also want to extend our overwhelming thanks to all Yoga Alliance members who applied to join our board, offering to volunteer their time and experience.
